"These selections were picked by the TOBC team, led by Jim Berube, on site at the Lux Row Distillery in Bardstown, KY and the Limestone Branch Distillery in Lebanon, KY. The picks are: 1: Cask Strength Rebel, a 120 proof wheated bourbon, that was aged roughly 5 years and was sourced from Heaven Hill distillery. 2. Cask Strength Ezra Brooks, a 120 proof high rye bourbon that was aged roughly 5 years and was sourced from Heaven Hill distillery. 3. Yellowstone Hand Picked Collection, a 115 proof high rye bourbon that was aged roughly 5 years and was sourced from Heaven Hill distillery. All 3 barrels were picked the same day on June 3, 2022 - Single barrel picks are the ultimate allocated bottles, since you'll only have whatever came out of that barrel and you may never get that flavor profile again."
